Black Cod with Raspberry-Miso Sauce Atop Udon Noodles & Served with Asparagus

Ingredients

  1. two butterfish fillet (also called black cod)

  2. one bunch of asparagus

  3. two bunches of udon noodles

  4. 6 oz package of raspberries

  5. 1 oz of your favorite cooking fat

  6. 1/4 cup of water or vegetable stock

  7. 2 Tbsp. chickpea miso

  8. 2 Tbsp ginger

  9. 1 nail of garlic

  10. 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

  11. 2 scallions, sliced thin
