Chef Don Splain is a chef with extensive education in the culinary arts. He has studied at The Culinary Institute of America and West Virginia Wesleyan College and has worked in every aspect of the hospitality industry. In addition, he's is versed in specialized diets and protocols that include vegetarianism, veganism, gluten-free, and even autism-friendly dining options.

Don has had the opportunity to work with some of the most recognized chefs in Spain and America, including Paul Bertoli, Melissa Kelly, Mike Tusk, Adolfo Muñoz, and Martin Berasategui. These experiences afforded  Chef Don Splain the ability to bring the most exquisite dishes that encompass the freshness, beauty, and flavor of seasonality and cater to the discerning palate's specific dietary requirements.
