The importance of customer service.
Why we say yes.
All too often we get caught up in the busyness of restaurant operations. We try to understand the customers' needs and wants and translate them to the kitchen and in turn the production of the food and then it is run. Many times in our attempts to be proficient, we end up being expedient and we forget our most powerful assets, our smile, and our ability to say YES. These two simple acts can garner patients, understanding, and overall positive experience for the customer and our selves.
